Lucknow. With the Tricolour in their hands, patriotism in their hearts, and a massive public turnout on the streets, Sarojini Nagar transformed into a grand festival of nationalism on the 77th Republic Day. Under the leadership of Dr. Rajeshwar Singh, the Sarojini Nagar Grand Tiranga Yatra bathed the entire region in the colours of the national flag. Thousands of motorcycles and cars fluttering with the Tricolour, energetic youth and citizens moving to patriotic songs, and Dr. Rajeshwar Singh, holding the flag and greeting people from an open gypsy-this powerful spectacle became a moving proclamation of devotion to the nation.

Starting from Chhath Puja Sthal, Sainik School Ground, Naveen Gauri, the Tiranga Yatra proceeded along Kanpur Road, took a U-turn at Scooter India Chauraha, and culminated at the Airport, resonating with chants of national pride. Dedicated to the honour, dignity and glory of the Tricolour, the yatra echoed patriotic sentiments across Sarojini Nagar. Prior to the yatra, Dr. Rajeshwar Singh participated in the flag-hoisting ceremony organised by the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Vyapar Mandal at Chhath Puja Sthal, Sainik School Ground, Naveen Gauri, and respectfully unfurled the national flag.
